This is a breakfast everyone in the family can enjoy! Slightly sweet and simple to make, make these Sweet Potato Overnight Oats one of your meal prep staples. Just mix cereal, sweet potato puree, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, salt and cinnamon, and refrigerate for at least two hours. To serve, add some Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra creamy touch with a little spice.

2 4oz packs Gerber® 2nd Foods® Sweet Potato Puree

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup milk of choice

1 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp cinnamon
Toppings:

Top it off with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.

When ready to eat, place overnight oats into a cup or bowl and top with a swirl of yogurt, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
