Breakfast
- ⅓ cup Orange juice
- 1 cup (8 fl oz) Plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
- ¼ cup Gerber® Hearty Bits Multigrain Cereal — Banana Apple Strawberry
- ¼ cup, halves Strawberries, cut to bite sized pieces
Mid-morning snack
- ⅓ cup, diced Cantaloupe melon, cut to ¼" dice
- 7 pieces Gerber® Lil' Crunchies® — Mild Cheddar
Lunch
- ¼ cup low-fat milk (1%)
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread, toasted
- ⅓ cup, pureed Avocado, peeled and cut to bite size pieces
- 2 Gerber® Arrowroot Cookies
Afternoon snack
- ½ cup slices Carrots, soft cooked and cut to ¼" dice
- 3/4 tablespoon Ranch dressing
Dinner
- ⅓ cup, chopped Broccoli, soft cooked cut to bite size pieces
- ¼ cup Spaghetti, whole-wheat, cooked, cut to bite size pieces
- 2 tsp. Canola oil
- ½ cup low-fat milk (1%)
- ½ cup black beans, cooked and mashed
