Ingredients :

1 8oz box whole wheat pasta

3 cups milk of choice

1 tbsp butter

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp dried thyme, plus more for topping

½ tsp smoked paprika

⅛ tsp salt

2 2oz packs Gerber Butternut Squash Puree

1 tbsp cream cheese
-
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Pepper, to taste
Steps:
- In a saucepan, add the pasta, milk, butter, and spices. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook on low for 20 minutes, stirring regularly. If at any point the noodles look dry, add another splash of milk or water.
- After 20 minutes, add the cream cheese and butternut squash puree and gently mix. Remove from heat and add the cheddar and parmesan cheeses. Let sit for a few minutes before serving. Top with dried thyme and pepper and serve.
